Who we are Revenue Collective, Inc. is a New York based corporation, officially chartered in 2019. We are a global invitation-only community of revenue leaders at growth companies all over the world. Our registered address is 302 West 12th Street New York, NY 10014 Our website address is www.revenuecollective.com What personal data we collect and why we collect it As part of Membership, we collect the following personal data email address and contact information. Our payment processor Stripe is connected to our recurring subscription platform Moonclerk. Those credit card numbers are stored securely with Stripe and Revenue Collective does not have access to them. We use a variety of technologies to support our community including a group chat platform called Slack. Member conversations and interactions are stored through our corporate Slack subscriptions. We use that data and content to help educate our Members and for product development efforts. Some of that data may be sensitive and is shared at the voluntary discretion of the Members. As part of our relationship with corporate partners and sponsors, we may share contact information and general profile information. As part of participation in our events, our Members agree to allow our partners to collect their contact information and to share that contact information with third parties. Personal data is not just created by a user’s interactions with your site. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Media If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. Who we share your data with As mentioned above, we share data with third party providers including Slack, Moonclerk, Stripe, and Google via their G Suite of products and tools. What rights you have over your data If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
